btw - checking torrentspy and btmon is a good way to find out if the files ur dl r legit.
2) use the program to extract an .avi file from any .rar file
extract it as is explained above, then find a good DVD creator program, roxio DVD creator will work fine (I am afraid you will have to buy it) then, you simply click create new DVD, you import the video file, (make sure you do not import it into the inro section), then you click the nice icon of the burning CD, select the station you want to write to (make sure it is a DVD writer with a DVD-R/DVD+R/DVD-RW in it). and you can start burning :)
if it says it is to large, change the compresion mode in the file menu, it costs you a bit of quality, but not a lot.
other programs will work too, but make sure it first converts it to the DVD format which your DVD home player can play ;)
Maybe NERO... using the specific nero vision program would be your best bet.
