It Works. Without Internet!!!. Mount 2 iso,1 with Bioshock MINI ISO (FIRST!!!), 2 with Bioshock Full, Install form Unit 2 (FULL), When check Internet Update go to Intalled Directory Rename Bioshock to Bio2, Finish The Install. Rename Bio2 to Bioshock, Install the Patch (ex. Razor or other crack) INSTALL FULL UPDATES from DVD, VC redistrubutable, DirectX. PLAY THE GAME :P

There is this easier procedure :
1.- Mount ISO file
2.- Copy all the files in the ISO to a temp folder. Then unmount the ISO.
3.- Mount the mini Image (I used Daemon Tools 4.10)
4.- Run setup.exe in the temp folder you just created with all the files. The installation will bypass SECUROM and will install all the patches.
5.- Replace the files in the RELEASE folder with the ones in the crack (paul.dll, Bioshock.exe)
6.- Add the registry entries (double click in secu.eg.reg, say YES)
If you don't find the crack you can use emule and type this link into the research :
