The only low to this is the 128kbps CBR Audio but it doesn't matter much.

Like everything else, everyone appreciates alternatives and multiple brands to choose from. It's the same thing when it comes to downloading high quality rips. I don't know about ares but usenet would be the fastest but it has a monthly fee to use, you might as well go buy the movie. Utorrent is fast, usually reliable and free.
