An antivirus that I will not name (because the creators of this torrent are watching) detected a rootkit in it.
11/21/2008 12:37: "Win32:Rootkit-gen [Rtk]" has been found in "D:Program FilesHomeworld 2Homeworld2Driversarcadeinstallfull13e1.exe%PROGRAM_FILES%AWSMiniBug.exe" file.
I don't know what the applications that spawn from this rootkit do once they've successfully infected your computer, but whatever it is it can't be good. Having a rootkit on your box is always bad news.
Please don't ignore this message, a lot of time went into tracking down and killing this bug - and I'm relatively computer savvy. You'll only create trouble for yourself if you do.
