Can anyone give me instructions on how to use MagicISO to use World in Conflict. I used the "save as" function to turn it into an ISO format, but I still can't use any of the World in Conflict files. Someone plz help me.

ok i used magiciso to burn this mdf file straight to a disc, i installed it, and when i put the disc in to play the game i get the message "please insert the original disc and not the back-up" or something like that. I've tried other methods of burning such as finalizing the disc and using powerISO instead of magicISO but still no luck. if anyone got it working please tell me what to do!!

i guess you have to crack the game, if it is asking to insert the disk -_-

About the dics problem, try using a no-cd crack.

Ok people, for those of you who for the "emulation conflict problem", here's what to do:


1. Go on to http://m0001.gamecopyworld.com/games/pc_world_in_conflict.shtml

2. In the list of game fixes for World In Conflict that are mentioned, download the one titled "World In Conflict v1.0 [ENGLISH/GERMAN] No-DVD/Fixed EXE". (Do NOT download the other ones since they're for v1.002 and onwards, and this torrent is only v1.0 of the game, so the other fixes won't work.)

3. The game fix is 23.7 MB. Don't worry. It's clean. No viruses. Download it by clicking on the link, and in the page that appears, clicking on the little blue and gray icon next to the words "File Archive [23.7 MB]". Underneath are instructions for what to do with game fix (also known as crack).

4. The download comes as an archive file. Unzip it using WinRAR (available on Torrentz for download), then copy paste all the file contents into the installed folder of the game. A window will appear asking if you want to replace an existing file with the new one. Click 'yes'.


5. Enjoy the game!!




To Newbs: I know this sounds a little arduous and scary, but really, it's not that complicated. Besides, downloaded games frequently have this problem, so you might as well learn sometime!!
