Hi, thanks Skullp, u rock dude, can i just ask? I know there is singleplayer but have u managed to make multiplayer over LAN work in this pack? (and i know its alongshot i dont mind either way) and maybe multiplayer over internet?

wont work on x64 bit systems as at 75% it has arc files to decompress only works on x86 32bit systems talk about working in the dark ages. x64 Systems are the future wake up Skullptura

i have windows XP, every time i want to play a game or even a campaign it shows a black screen and then an error dialogue. everything worked fine, however, i cannot play.

and yes the game is this one that skullptura uploaded

It crashes when i try to start campaign or tutorial. Everything else works but when it comes to loading screen it crashes and it says Command & Conquer Red Alert has stopped working. Anybody know how to fix this?
I run Vista btw

The game works, no doubt. However, I seem to be experiencing some strange crashes now and then. It's really unstable.

I don't know if this is because of the game itself or because of skullpturas compression methods, but the game works. It's real.

This torrent works perfectly, however, the swines at EA make you download the patch which means that you need a cd key. So my message to you is DONT DOWNLOAD THE PATCH. and. WHEN YOU PLAY THIS GAME, UNPLUG YOUR COMPUTER FROM THE INTERNET. Thankyou to skullptura.

everytime i try to install this game , my whole cp frozes , any ideas why this happens?

I installed the game and i must say, not like the many who have wrote that the game doesn't work, that IT WORKS PERFECTLY. First of all you don't need a serial number! You just unzip the game...run the install.bat file and that's it! Just alike you don't need a crack! And if you have problems when starting the game (long black screens etc.) then simply unplug your internet connection while playing or block RA3 in your firewall! And lastly, for all those who posed the question how come the game would be only 2 gb, here's the answer: It's compressed...once you ran the install.bat file you will end up having a folder 5 gb in size!
To conclude: this game works 100%...the rest depends on your PC!

OMG i downloaded 2gb file and when i extract it only appears a .reg file! WTF IS GOING ON?

Yeah I get a crash when I start campaign solo mode just crashes and says the game has stopped working I have followed the directions properly will keep trying really want to play this one :)

Doesnt work on vista tried blocking with firewall etc but I get to solo start campaign and does not work thanks for trying or if anyone has a fix or crack working dont bother downloading this.

... then double click the desktop icon.. and the game launches.

Hey the game works great, but I wanna play my friends on LAN. However, the game says we have the same CD key - obviously cus we installed the same ripped game. Anyone know how to get around this?

Just figured it out! What you need to do is change the CD Key of one of the copies. Simple:

Go to Registry Editor (windows key + R, then type "regedit" and hit enter)

Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Electronic Arts -> Electronic Arts -> Red Alert 3 -> ergc

There is one data entry there - its the serial key for the game which should be "S477L8DBJC48PJC22RLD" by default. All you need to do is change one character, so the key is different. Press OK, close the editor and fire up the network!

2) extract .rar archive to NORMAL/SHORT PATH , somewhere like D:Games
3) run setup.bat
4) follow on-screen instructions

Run "Ra3_Control_Center.bat" if u want change language
Disable internet to get rid of "long black screen" in menus, or block Red alert in Firewall!


How to uninstall:
1) run delete_game_from_registry.reg file
2) delete "Red Alert 3" folder
