I did everything mentioned here, but when i click on timeshift.exe in
bin folder, a window comes up and nothing happens

that the problem you only have 512 RAM, no way it's going to start, and if it does it's going to crash alot and be realllly slow. Min requirments are 1 gig and I believe 7300, but that's just to get the game running. You're not going to enjoy it, you need to upgrade. It's not that great of a game anyway.
