There are English subtitles for the parts that are not in English encoded into the video file, but they can be difficult to see at times (the subs are white and when the background is also light, it hard to tell them apart). Also, the non-English parts seem to be under-translated (i.e. people seem to be saying much more in those other languages than is translated in the English subs).
However, like I said, English subtitles ARE provided and after about 30 minutes the dialogue is almost entirely in English, so all in all, this rip of the film is watchable for an English speaker.
Also, the video & audio quality is good (watched it with VLC).
