so, instead of d3dx9_38.dll i've got XINPUT1_3
i've already tried the method like u say, but it doesn't work for me....huaaaaaaaa...=(
For d3dx9_38.dll problems, http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?d3dx9_38 , extract to windowssystem32.
Crack was NOT needed in my case. If it is, try gamecopyworld.com
XINPUT1_3 seems to be related to directx as well, try dloading from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?xinput1_3 and also extracting to system32. This wasn't tested as I didn't get that error.
