can I do something or do i have to download a new one?
- Try the VLC Media Player (just google it or download.com)
In case the vlc does play it with sound you're probably missing some necessary codecs that prevent your other player(s) to succesfuly play it.
But of course it didnt have some big name written on it so none of you noticed it im sure.
