**** ! i can't install Seasons! all was working fine until i was told to put the Sims 2 CD4 in the drive, for the sake of updating the original game. i did it with Daemon Tools and then clicked "ok" and then a message apperead in my screen that said there was trouble updating the original game. then it just started to uninstall the Seasons. i have installed the update file that is in the "crack+trainer+decensor" folder and i installed Seasons to a different folder than the folder where the original game is. does any of you have this problem with Seasons or other add-ons? what should i do?

hey i have a problem...can somebody help me?
i just successfully installed sims 2 on my computer but when i try to launch it, i get an error saying that it cant locate the disk and i need to reinsert the disk. i repeated this many times with cd1 and tried with the other cds too, but it doesnt work.

This password that was found works, so everybody stop rating it as password protected and put good ratings on it.

Ok guys heres a quick tutorial:

First extract the files (password is: www.mystik-torrent.dl.am)

Then install Daemon Tools. Once daemon tools is installed go the toolbar where you should see a red lighting symbol. Thats Daemon tools. Right click on it > Virtual CD/DVD-ROM > Device 0: [E]: (NOTE*: E is the drive on my computer it may be different on yours) > Mount Image > Now search for CD1 and double click 'Sims2_1.mds'. > When it asks you to put in CD2, simple repeat the process, CD3 - repeat, etc. You do not have to exit the program to put in a new CD.

Now once you have installed the game, go the folder 'Crack+Trainer+Decensor' and double click 'thesims2_update.exe'. This will update the game. Now once you have updated the game to the 'crack' folder and extract the crack. Now you need to find the .exe for the game (mine was located in: C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSBin) and replace the .exe in the crack folder with the .exe in the TSBin folder. This will allow you to play the game without the error that says 'please insert the cd to play the game'.

That's it. Enjoy :)

Also for those with a higher capability computer, whilst using daemon tools...

Virtual CD/DVD-Rom > Set Number Of Devices > 4 Drives

This will allow you to mount all 4 disk's at once saving the time of unmounting then mounting each disk 1 by 1 :)

I would like to let you know that paswoord is ok, instalation is ok. but when I want to play the game, the game is about to begin music etc and in the middel of begining just stop, the game just crash, so not the computer only the game. and when I try again is the same story. hey i got this and have no probs with saves or anything else. got open for business and seasons for sims 2 and they work fine. if u want to save u should rename a file called "logonui.exe" (in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32) to "logonui.bak". this sorted it out for me

start + pause break

Click Advanced System Settings.

Under Performance, click Settings.

Click the Data Execution Prevention tab, and then click Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.

@ Kari, first thing u'll need to do is

right click on "computer"
then
on the left, open "advanced system settings"
then
Under the "advanced tab" go to "performance's Settings"
then
Go to the "data execution prevention" tab
then
add --> then browse for both the sims.exe in the normal folder, and the sims.exe in the TSbin folder (make sure that both have a check besides them)

Because i donno which one but put both and hopefully it will run like it did with me :)

Okay Loosers, here is the way how to PLAY with WORKING BUILDING MODE.

1. Exctract files using password "www.mystik-torrent.dl.am"

2. Mount the CD1 using Alcohol 120% software.

3. Run the installation wizard using the cd key "DWJ2-Q92Z-R1R1-5F6R-077P"

4. Mount other CDs as required by installation wizard.

5. DO NOT install any cracks etc, just download MINIimage from: http://www.wlk.cz/plugins/p13_download_manager/getfile.php?categoryid=22&fileid=15

6. Mount MiniImage using Alcohol 120%.

7. Run the game and have fun!

am i being stupid... probably, im a total noobie, literally the first time ive tried to do this kinda thing... i get how you work with images and stuff, ive come across alcohol 120 before and know the basics.... but when i extract the files... it just gives me 57 folders with the same folders inside of each other... this is where i get confused... can anyone just run me through what happens next here?

ive mounted the image with daemon tools but then i go to my computer and right click "Sims2_1" click on "AutoPlay" and nothing happens...
ive also tried opening the disk image and manually starting the install...same problem

I have Windows Vista and i have installed this and updated it and when i run it , it will show the white The sims 2 screen and then it will go away and then my computer will say The sims to has stopped working. I have restarted my computer to see if thats it and it wasn't help please!

**** o! I find something to run SIMS 2 on Vista!
When you installed the right crack and the shortcut is placed on the desktop you need to do the following thing:
Go to the desktop;
right click on the sims 2 shortcut > properties;
Go to the tab compatibility;
Run this program as !!! WINDOWS XP (SP2) !! ######## Very important ####
Optional ==> Run this program as an administrator
Click OK
Click and play!

look i downloaded a torrent and i had this intructions but i really dont get the fourth one !! can someone plzzzz explain it to mee ?? (like step by step bc im LOST)



First you extract the first file (part001) with winrar ((((DONE))))

Second you can copy the iso file to the desktop, I find that easier to do when trying to mount it with daemon (((DONE)))

Third mount the iso file and it will install, In the "leeme" (Can find this in the extracted file) file there are the keys. (((DONE)))

Fourth don't ply just yet. There is a "Sacred" folder in the virtual drive from there you will copy SACREDBaseTSBin/Sims 2 to where where you download it on the computer, do this for EP2 AND SP4. Remember to copy it to the same location on your hard drive. (((DONT GET THIS)))

OK! I admire all of your idea that trying to help. Now I know that most of you have a problem which say "installed the game but can't build" right? So I am here to help you. Actually you can use crack to play the game but you can't have the "build mode". The build patch is disable automatically if you use crack. So to slove the problem you have to get a crack in "build patch" version.

i got vista and it installed my sims games perfectly but now i cant find the 'download, neighbourhoods & etc' folders. does anyone know how to get to them on vista? coz i wanna be able to download mods but cant find the download folder, and you cant just put the downloads folder anywhere :(
