1. Open Flash CS4 (10) to get the serial code prompt window.
2. Double click on the System Informtation File (I got a file corrupt error but whatever).
3. Open the text file and copy the serial number into the window in Flash.
4. A tick appears and you're good to go. (At this point I quickly disconnected from the internet just to be on the safe side).
