Not fully costumized drivers are the cause that directx 9 makes [B]some games run faster than with dx10.
That and the boundaries that game producers are currently inserting in games code limiting the power of a video card. Google it and find out.
Anyways only halo 2 can only run on vista, all the other games coming out will enter in directx 9 mode if they don't find Dx10 so do not worry.
Next time you wanna help the community, at least do a good job instead of calling them morons..

Only download from release groups.If there isn't a .NFO included in the torrent either somebody forgot to include the file (very rarely does this happen) or it's a lame and/or fake prog/game.
