Beat the game twice and both times ran perfectly. Multiplayer probably won't work unless ur one of the first...I don't know....20 people to get this because all the keys have been used. If hacked servers exist like they do on TF2, it might work

3. Install The Game

5-Open, C:Program FilesActivisionCall of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare
Replace the original (iw3mp) to this one: Call_Of_Duty_4_Crackfix_And_Keygen-Razor1911 (iw3sp)
6-Open up your Activision folder located in My Computer, Program Files:
In the Activision folder, select Call of Duty 4….
Open your Miles Folder
Look for the Mssmp3.asi file
Rename it to Mssmp3.bak
Exit out of your folders, and then attempt to launch the game…
Works for me!
