Frankly, nybody that wants to watch a work of art like this dubbed over should be taken out in the street and shot.
i haven't downloaded this torrent so I don't know if the times are synced but that site allows you to add an offset and generate a subtitle file on the fly if needed. (in case there is a different length intro for the version the subs were made for)
