goto graphic settings in gta... move the resolution slider to the desired resolution (must be supported by your monitor and GPU ) by dragging the slider. DO NOT let go of the left mouse button...keep it pressed as u complete dragging and then press 'space'. the resolution shud get updated.

dont just hit and run (download and remove) seed for others so we wouldnt have to suffer like this the way it looks im gonna bi 40 yrs old when im going to play it for the first time....
