This lists all the active trackers for this torrent, not just the ones embedded in the .torrent file.
You can get a µTorrent compatible list here. This will speed up your download.
Please note that this page does not hosts or makes available any of the listed filenames. You cannot download any of those files from here.
This list is automatically generated from a “.torrent” file which is simply metadata for the bittorrent protocol. You cannot download the “.torrent” file from here either. We don’t even cache it. If you are lucky the “.torrent” file might still be available on the pages where we found it. There is a list of URLs on top of this page where you might want to start your search. Those domains are completely independent; we have absolutely no control over them. Please don’t blame us if your monitor explodes.

Microsoft reserves 20% of your available bandwidth for their own purposes like Windows Updates and
interrogating your PC
Click Start then Run and type "gpedit.msc" without quotes.
This opens the "group policy editor" and go to: "Local Computer Policy"
Then "Computer Configuration" Then "Administrative Templates"
Then select "Network" then "QOS Packet Scheduler"
After that select "Limit Reservable Bandwidth".
Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth. It will say it is not configured, but the truth is
under the 'Explain' tab i.e." By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of
a connection, but you can use this setting to override the default."
So the trick is to ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO. This will allow the system to reserve nothing,
rather than the default 20..!!
He's talking about myths of Windows XP. In fact QoS never really worked in Windows XP. Don't trust me ? Google a bit, a lot of sites speak about this "hack". Google more and you will understand it simply doesn't work. EVEN with setting it to 0, it won't change the maximum bandwidth.
And, the 20% is about the total of your network card (100 MBps ethernet or 1 GBps ethernet), so you won't loose anything since no one except ISP has this kind of bandwidth.
