Its the break dudes, theres ones in most long shows (like lost for example) Theres going to be Heroes Origins to fill the gap apparently with Kevin Smith directing the 1st one. Its going to have some sort of online vote (as each episode features a new and different charactor) as to which one appears in series 3 of Heroes. So with that in mind, series 2 cant have ended yet, maybe just left the ending with a glimpse of the 2nd half! Or could be that the 2nd volume is short and that the second series is split in 2!

Just a thought as to what is going on, just an idea from what I know thats happened in the past and reading stuff in Wizard!
