[edit] nevermind about the sound, I just figured out why it was so crappy, the video is recorded whith a 6 audio channel output so if you only have 2 speakers you can barely hear crap, to fix it and only if you have CCCP(the one I have) is simple.
go to ffdshow Audio Decoder > Mixer > output speakers configuration 2/0/0 and bam you have sound!!
