U have to double click on one of the files (you must already have installed "winrar"), then you double click on the two points at the list (they are at the top of the list)!
After that you double click on the first rar file!
Then u select the image and click on "extract"
Select the destination and click "OK"! ;)

Totti99... you are obviously not administrator on your own computer, you must have 2 or more profiles on your PC and one of them are the administrator, and it isn't yours, try the some of the others profiles.

The way I got it unrarred is double clicking on a numbered file, selecting winrar for this file association. Then, keeping TheJudge01's words in mind, clicking on the two points on top of the list. Then I doubleclicked on the .001 file - I doubt if those last two steps were really necessary :) Finally selected the iso and clicked 'extract to'. unrarring now took only like 5 minutes.

I have a problem. After I install the game I try to play (w/ crack) and I can´t see nothing!!! Only orange and some shadows!!! And the sound is really fast, as well as the speeches.

P.S: I have a ATI HD 4670 graphic card and a Intel E8500 3,16 GHz

lol wow joeyy here is the isstalation procedure for dummies. I haven't downloaded this myself so I don;t know what it looks like exactly but I've been doing this ofr a while so I know the basics steps. First install WinRar and daemon tools or poweriso. Then right click on one of the files you downloaded and extract but not the one with sfv at the end. that might be your problem. Then go to daemon tools or power iso and mount the image you get. something sound pop up like an istallation screen. install the game. Next go into the iso and according to the comments the crack is in... somewhere just look back at the comments I don't feel like trying to find it. it 130 in the morning. anyway copy the crack( it should look like the icon for the game that belongs on your desktop) and go to your program files and find where the game is installed. and look for the same icon as the crak and paste over it. If you can't understand that God help you becasue I can't dumb it down any more.

The problem is fixed, I'm leaving this comment up to help people with the same problem.

The game doesn't work like it should, on my computer. I'm not getting the models in my screen, just an orange background and windows/shadows pop up.

The intro is visible, but when I progress a bit ( yes I progressed even in these conditions ) the movie had the same problem with visibility. Just shadows, no models.
No problems with the sound I guess, but I can't verify it as I can't see any lips to be synced due to models not being visible.

I reinstalled the game several times, didn't do me no good.

1) Mount the image with any virtual software (ie: Daemon Tools)
2) Locate /Razor1911/prototypef.exe
3) Open /Program Files/Activision/Prototype
4) Copy prototype.exe from /Razor1911/prototypef.exe and paste it into /Program Files/Activision/Prototype ***if it asks to overwrite click YES (might need administrator privileges for this)***
(PS: I had to use forward slash in the directories because it will not let me post backward slashes)

I know what Joey's saying I think. I had the same problem he's not dumb if its what i had. Winrar wouldn't extract the files downloaded in this torrent, or at least for me it wouldn't. Winrar just straight up didn't recognize any of the files. I needed to download 7zip in order to extract. Joey download 7zip then go to extract.

okay, i have managed to install the game and when i try to play it, it says i have to insert the real disc. this is where the crack comes in right? but when i try to copy it, i cant cus there is no more space in the virtuall disc. and i can only copy it, what am i going to do?!

joeyy the only reason your computer should say that is if you are running a program that is using thatt file which I findhard to belive unless it is torrents itself then you can't move it because it is being seeded you need to stop seeding and try again if that doesn't work restart your computer completly and try it again first thing.

I'm having probelms with this torrent. When I try to mount the image with magiciso, it says "ERROR fail to mount cd/dvd image. I'm not sure whats wrong. I Didn't need to extract the files as they were allready extracted when I opend the containing folder of the dopwnloaded torrent.

i can't extract the files because there is no file ".000," it starts at .001 at goes to .079. is there a way around this or should i look for the .000 somewhere else because there isn't one in this torrent.

when i first downloaded this game it worked perfectly, only the audio was damaged. When i uninstalled the game and then tried to install it again the installation could not be completed because of an error about the audio files...This error has appeared before. What should i do? is it my computers fault? it's not a matter of video card or a cpu that's for sure. Any advice?

game works fine, but the sounds are messed up. all the voices sound like chipmunks and the cutscenes play very fast.

I updated the drivers and installed Microsoft c++, the actually microsoft link was down so i dl'd from a different source. Still have no visual

Just a heads up for everyone,

To achieve playable frame rates in the game, you will need the following:

GPU-
Nvidia: 9800 GT or greater

Memory: 512MB or better (1GB optimal)

Using anything worse will give you an average of 15fps, 2fps at intensive scenes and about 25 when looking at the sky and standing in one place. I got 4GB of DDR2 800, Pentium D 4.1Ghz (O.C) and a 9800GTX+ (O.C) and the game is not enjoyable to play. Though I still managed to beat it some how (Nearly impossible in heavy scenes with a lot of junk flying and exploding).

Also, for anyone still using Vista; I laugh at you. Do yourself a favor and download a 64x torrent for Windows7, the game will runner smoother and it doesn't cost you a buck to do. Or just stay with good ol' XP.

First go to http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm and download WinRAR and install it. Then right click on rzr-prot.001 and select extract here using winrar, This will create your rzr-prot.iso. Now mount using daemon or power ISO and install the game.

ppl with this probl indicates that either ur video memory is not compatible i.e ur graphic card is not supporting this game as this is a high end game or video memory is smaller than 256 MB. All who willing to play must have min 256 MB graphic card like nvidia 8600 GT or ATI Radeon™ X1800 256 MB or better. This game can not run on on-board graphic support.

ok i have problems.first when i downloaded the entire this group wasnt rar files so i changed their extension and tried to extract it with winrar. however winrar said to me that there is no

Once i have the crack, where EXACTLY do i put it within everything? It says to just "copy and paste into the install directory", but i'm not sure exactly what that refers to..

you need to explore the .ISO and open the crack file from it. (with PowerISO or somthing similar)
then paste it in your program files under beseda, or whatever it went to in your program files.. (copy and replace). run the new replaced file under the same folder (should look like a launch file...Application,.) if this doesn't work, contact, and i'll help you through. (hope you are not using MAC.)

Do yourself a favour and download 7zip. It's the only program you will need for any unzipping/zipping issues. It'll extract the file for you easily.

If it crashes on start up then odds are high that your graphics card can't handle it and it's time to fork out some moola for a proper one. Check your specs before running. If you have an integrated graphics card, don't even think about playing games (let alone smoothly).
