Just extract them all into a directory. (Select all 4 files and right click and extract here)
Then go to the FIRST one (ends with "00") and then open it and double click on the phpDesigner.001 or whatever then it'll prompt you to go find .002 then go to the directory you extracted everything at and then use that. Then it will install.
Registration doesn't work, though. :'(
