Swearing is not going to help. Patience does. And perhaps checking your client settings and refreshing your tracker? With thousands of people seeding and thousands partially seeding/leeching, it's not the few leeches causing your slow download speed. Your client or router or firewall or tracker is.

I'm both seeding and leeching at the same speed: 50Kb/s
You should be able to reach the same speeds.
