Try reaching at least the "seeding goal" which is to upload as much as you have downloaded.
I personally upload more on small torrents and 50-60% on big games + stuff....

Thanks for uploading. The downloading doesn't take very long (couple of days or shorter) and you don't need a password or anything like that.
