Works perfectly. Just follow these instructions and you'll be fine.

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Open the folder you just downloaded. There are two folders inside, double-click the one marked "Windows Blinds Enhanced v5.5"
2) Double-click "windowblinds550_enhanced" and install
3) An activation window will appear, close it
4) Hold down the keys CTRL, ALT and DEL & the Windows Task Manager will appear
5) Click the "Process" tab and select "WBINST~1.EXE". Right-click it and select "End Process"
7) Return to the "Windows Blinds Enhanced v5.5" folder and copy the file named "WB5.5e Patch"
9) Now go to My Computer and double-click "Local Disk (C:)"
10) Open the folders as shown: "Program Files" > "Stardock" > "Object Desktop" > "WindowsBlinds"
12) Paste the "WB5.5e Patch" file you just copied into the "WindowsBlinds" folder
13) Now double-click the pasted "WB5.5e Patch" file and click "Patch"
14) Reboot your computer and start the program
