the key didn't work

The key code device installs fine but it seems they can detect the key code is a pirate. A box keeps opening saying you are using a Pirate Key Code and the software will now close. If its me have I done something wrong or is it that Nero has finally wised up...!!!!!

downloaded it @425kb's don't get much faster then that and it worked for me!

sure it does, mine is capped at 725 kb's from the ISP, if there are enough seeders it will cap out!!! I have heard of people being in the 2000 kb's with utorrent and tweaked settings with scheduler on

Don't download this entire file, it's not corrupted or anything, theres just a much easier and more efficient method:
-firstly, download the trail version directly from the nero site(follow link) http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-nero8-trial.php
-secondly, download this torrent, and open it in a program like utorrent, and in the file contents, deselect all of the torrent contents until the only fil with a check in its box is the keygen.
-once you have installed the trial and downloaded the keygen, during the set up process it will ask for a product key, which says "demo" delete it, open up the keygen you downloaded from this site, and press generate a few times, and copy and paste that new product key into the spot on the nero 8 set up.

This will install the full version, and works amazingly! enjoy, and thanks to the uploader for this trusty file.

in the nero smart you have in the left side a menu "aplications" and the last option there is nero image drive,but dont forget to open firs ,that sliding part in the left to see this menu!!!;)

Only eSafe reports it as a trojan, the others say it's clean. That doesn't necessarily mean it is, though. You can also search for a serial. Your choice.

My apologies for my first post... The error seems to be only happening on the Vista Basic Home (the icons were really missing). Now I bought a Window XP and install in my laptop the icons seems to appear.

Nero Vision still doesn't work properly... I can't make my DVD anymore... My children's videos are just pilling up! (some .vob and .mpg format doensn't work) Any suggestions?

YO stamppppp i can help you its the cd not your pc the same thing happened to me stamp i bought a 50 pack from kmart and that happened so i went to best buy and bought some and it worked fine trust me its that bad pack u got try another dvd

soltice, after following your instructions, it still claims my mpeg-2 capabilities will run out in a month (particularly when opening nero vision). Everything else seems to be good.

hey, btw, if u guys keep runnin into problems wit messages that detect pirating (despite deleting the dupid neropatentactivation thing), try puttin multiple serial numbers for nero usin the keygen. I put 3 serial numbers for the same nero. it seems to work flawlessly.

(start menu, nero 8, nero toolkit, nero controlcenter) if u have trouble findin the serial number place

with me it didn't work it just said that invalid cd-key. but im trying to download another wersion i hope it works!

Yeah this works just as Solstice said, but unfortunately using things like Recode and Vision run out after a month. Is there a way around this guys? Cheers.

* Downloaded trial version from Nero's website
* Installed using solstice's serial
* Got rid of Nero Patent Activation (C:Program Files/Common Files/Nero/Shared/NL3/)
* Entered the other keys provided by Solstice

Downloading the trial from the site is soooo much faster :P
I would suggest instead of downloading the keygen just go to www dot serials dot com but some people think its a spyware site. I got two spyware from it which i removed with Spyware Doctor. Although you can get a lot more keys without downloading anything.

solstice is 100% correct... I tfoling around with nero for a few hours with success, i have the keygen but the keys would not work. By adding his keys and also deleting the patent activation file, I am burning my movie right now. Thanks a million!

I have found that this torrent along with several others that I have tried to download are not compatible with Vista. What can I do to make them work.

Hi everybody, I'm Wavenero, and i haven't posted about Nero in months. lol. sorry about that. It wasn't this page that i posted on, but i feel it will circulate through the other torrents as this seems to be the largest at the moment.

Anyways, for anybody still with issues with the Patent Activation problem, i found the solution, and it doesn't involve deleting the patent file. Download the files below. use the keygen when installing nero from scratch, and then use the Activator to make it "Genuine". If you already have nero installed, i'm pretty sure you are able to just use the activation patch, but if your patent activation file is missing, im not sure if it will work.

The only problem I have is trying to add more of
the serials. It only shows the Nero 8 under the key.
Am I doing something wrong?
