Those titles that u can't click on are the contents of the torrent (Which is a tiny file u download first and adding it to your client as utorrent).
To download the torrent open one of the torrent download locations above and then download the torrent from the site you chose(mininova is the best).
Torrentz.com is just a search engine for torrents site and it doesn't host torrent files.
Tracker list can be added manually by copy and paste to utorrent for more seeds and peers i.e. for faster download.
