To get games working on your Wii WITHOUT A MOD CHIP:
Get the Twilight Hack: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Twilight_Hack
Install Homebrew Channel: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Channel
After you managed to install the Homebrew channel extract this file to your SD card, it'll be all you need from now on, you don't have to put anything else on your card (you can if you want to though)
Extract this to your SD card: http://download.allprog.nl/download.php?uri=/BACKUP_LOADER_V0.3.rar
Start "cIOS Installer Came With V3" from the Homebrew Channel and install the new cIOS
Start "DVDx" from the Homebrew Channel, install as Advanced and press the RIGHT direction key on your Wiimote until you see ISO249 and press A to install it
When that's done, all you have to do is burn an ISO to a DVD-R (this means no DVD+R's! They don't work! (for me)). Personally I use ImgBurn to burn the DVD's, it's free!
With this new (V0.3) loader you don't have to patch ISO's anymore.
Now put your new DVD with the game on in the Wii, start the "Backup Launcher" from the Homebrew Channel and enjoy the game!
