You can do following to avoid the problem you mentioned
Step 1. Make a New Folder with short name like 3DSMAX_Training in root of Drive C: (root is the folder which is opened when you double click the Drive C Icon in My Computer. And it contains all the folders in it.)
Step 2. Select all files from folder
