(Uploader) It does work, but I don't think it can be used for p2p programs. Thats just the way the program is designed. You can use it to go to a site where you have been banned, or you can use it to other things on the net and remain anonymous. Actually I have noticed that UTorrent has an option to set up a proxy, but I have never tried using it.
