It seems to be uncut and uncensored, except for the first thirteen episodes. Those first 13 have what I'll assume was the American version of the intro "Danger all around you! Vilians everywhere!" along with a guitar rift for the outro.
I've been watching the MKV vids with dual audio and downloaded 62 - 66 out of curiosity. They seem to be intact, except for the fact that the narrator spoke over the entire Red Ribbon Army montage at the end of episode 65. >_<
Unfortunately these first 13 episodes are without what some people call "the fun nakid parts". The other episodes after the first 13 are the originals (English dub) --> uncut i guess.
