everyone who knows anything knows aXXo downloads and re-encodes other releasers dvd rips. That is why he is usually second at releasing things these days. Its someone elses rip re-encoded. Search for any movie recently on here and you will see someone released it before aXXo. He is shameless.

I've been saying that about aXXo and his re-encondes for some time now, but none of his zealots want to admit it.I'm glad people start to point it out more often.And if you want proof, try checking his "Next" release with Nicolas Cage.PuKKa released a R5 DVDrip a couple of days before aXXo, with a small sync problem in the first 10 minnutes or so.Axxo re-encoded it and published it as his own real DVDrip. He did a good job until now concealing his shameless deeds and deceiving the torrent community (the noobs at least) but he got careless this time and therefore BUSTED.His release was obvious an R5 rip AND it was not in sync for the first 10 minutes.How do you explain that eh????????I guess he was so eager to post it as his own release that he didn't watch it first, to realize the sync problem...
Congratulation for turning a lamer impostor into a "celebrity".
p.s:At least pukka released a sync-fix.

The reason sometimes axxo's rips "OR" re-encodes may not be superb quality... Although I hasten to add I’ve never had one that is bad, may possibly be due to the fact that that are encoded to fit onto a 700mb disc, with the odd exception, which are very few and far between “Superman Returns” is an example 900mb, but once converted back to DVD they are perfect rips.

Of course if a group is releasing 1.4gig rips they are going to be better quality due to the fact that MPEG-2 is a type of video compression system that takes a digital video signal and discards certain types of information in the signal and records the left over information, all the while retaining enough information about the discarded data to reconstruct the original signal when the compressed signal is decoded. But that’s no good if you want to burn it to a standard CDR is it. Also, it doesn’t mean that once converted back into DVD format that the picture is any less quality than the rip you’ve just downloaded at twice the size… Plus the fact they take longer to download. ;)

First I'll deal with aXXo imitators on Torrentportal. Just look in the "uploaded by" field. If it wasn't uploaded by axxo then it is most surely a fake or corrupt or infected file. Steer clear of it.

I could give you a list of some of these morons, but they just get a new account every few days/weeks so the list would go on and on.

Some you can trust are: axxo , gkline , rets1972 , alex7718 . and believe it or not
