Is this the actual RTM? I`ve just read a cuple of minutes ago that the actual RTM haze indeed beed finished but is this the one? Here is thye link: http://www.heise.de/english/newsticker/news/106841

Yes, I can Confirm. It is the lates build 5512, the so calld RTM. "v5.1.2600.5512". I just Slipstreamd it into a clean, no service pack, volume version of xp. O yes, forgoth to tell you. Aparanly: "Support for Windows XP without any service packs expired long ago and officially SP2 has to already be installed before SP3 can be installed, despite the fact there is no technical reason for this requirement. However Microsoft is inconsistent and SP3 can in practice be installed on XP with only SP1. Strangely, the complete SP3 contains all of the patches you need to update even a fresh base version of XP. Microsoft says that a slipstream installation CD can be created so that the operating system with SP3 can be installed at once without any other service pack."

This is not the real RTM. This is version 2111. The RTM file size should be 544.86MB

Actualy... this is the RTM. And the file size is as it should be, about 350MB. Check agaion...and read on the net for god sake`s.

For the last time. This is the ACTUAL RTM. The file size isn`t supoze to be 500 mb. That is probably what all of you have come a costume with the windows CD on the torrent`s file wich is nothing mare than another windows instal CD WITH THE SP3 SLIPSTREAMD, probably not evan real SP3`s, but more betas. It dose not have any kind of vista stile, again...those are the already slipstreamd Windows instalayion CD`s on the torrent site`s. This is just the simple file, executable, of the FINAL RTM SERVICE PACK 3. If you want a Windows setup CD with service pack 3, sh*t, do it your self. Go to www.nliteos.com and download the nlite app. It allows you to do thing`s with your install windows CD that most of you haven`t evan dreamd of. Before you do that just run a shearch on google about nlite to make shure this is not another spam, or better yet, go to the board an read the hundreds of thousand of comment an how to use this app: http://www.msfn.org/board/nLite-f89.html but before you use this app you need to instal netFramework, wich you can easaly find it on the microsoft site. Net Framework 2, and probably 3, dont know if the latest version of nlite uses both verions of framework.


AND FOR THE LAST TIME, THIS IS NOT A WINDOWS CD INSTALL, THIS IS JUST AN UPDATE, AN EXE, AND IT IS THE ACTUAL RTM (RTM = Release to manufacturing) IT`S NOT SUPOSE TO BE 500 MB. Olny 330 or so, keep in mind that service pack 2 haze olny about 280 MB.
