Just run the Loader.exe. Works fine. Although i have yet not figured out how to play via hamachi,doesnt seem to be functioning so far

There is nothing to install... no cd key or crack.... it is already installed game just unpack it and install steam client...
For one time update steam, create account and login in to it while u have internet connection... then every other time u can log in to it offline..
Then install windows live...
Login to steam while u r offline and just start the game double clicking on exe file in folder...
Once u r in the game... create an offline account in windows live and off u go..
It worked for me and it's a great game..
I logged into steam offline mode, added non-steam game (I tried both DOW2 and loader, loader crashes for no reason) and start the game. It says I need to be logged into windows live to play... so I say sure lets make an account... I make an account on the website. Then I go back into the game and say use an existing account, and it asks for a CD key.

EDIT- I went to http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?xlive and just downloaded the missing file. Everything is working fine now.
