To download get the BitTorrent client here and a .torrent file from any of the torrent search engines listed above ("Download Torrent" button/link)

This lists all the active trackers for this torrent, not just the ones embedded in the .torrent file.
You can get a µTorrent compatible list here. This will speed up your download.
Please note that this page does not hosts or makes available any of the listed filenames. You cannot download any of those files from here.
This list is automatically generated from a “.torrent” file which is simply metadata for the bittorrent protocol. You cannot download the “.torrent” file from here either. We don’t even cache it. If you are lucky the “.torrent” file might still be available on the pages where we found it. There is a list of URLs on top of this page where you might want to start your search. Those domains are completely independent; we have absolutely no control over them. Please don’t blame us if your monitor explodes.

Clean, working, found it off another torrent site before. Wondered where it went :P (it's the one with the keygen icon as the red italic E with a red box around it.)
I dunno about Vista, I have XPMCE.
Easy installation if you have XP:
1. Download, install the WB part.
2. If you have XP, press CTRL + ALT + DELETE and then to processes, select the task "WBINST~1.exe", then End Process. (Vista: End "WbVista.exe" (and "VistaSrv.exe" if listed).
3. Open the patcher, press Patch and go to the place you installed WindowBlinds (default C:Program FilesStardockObject DesktopWindowBlinds), then patch the file called WbSrv.dll. Next, press Save License on the patcher and save it in the same place: where you installed WindowBlinds.
4. Reboot and enjoy!
I have tried to run the Patch anyway, but it comes up with the error: "Can't open file (file is running or otherwise accessed)".
Can't find a way to get round this problem.
** Disable all antiviruses/antispware/antiadware program.
** Right-click on the WbSrv.dll file, select Copy, then Paste it right within the same directory because you will be patching the COPIED file, not the original. So you must RENAME THE ORIGINAL to something like WbSrv.dllXXX & rename the COPIED file as the way the original .dll was named. Typically, anything you do in the Program Files folder in Vista will keep prompting your for Admin access through UAC. So you can disable that before this whole process if you want, but I personally chose to leave it on. All I did was simply lift my password so that I can just click ok, ok, ok, ok and not have to retype my password all the time for this one-time-process only.
** Place a copy of the Patch.exe within the program-install directory and launch the Patch executable under Admin rights if it doesn?t already launch under Admin rights. So, in Vista, UAC should prompt you for Admin access (I always function out of a Limited User account in my Vista machine for precautionary measurements). Then use the First Button of the patch and a window opens up in which you will then navigate to the program-install directory and find the newly made WbSrv.dll file and patch it. You should get a message saying that you?ve successfully patched it (with the word successfully in the message). If you don?t, stop right here and retrace your steps because you went wrong somewhere prior to this point.
** Then use the Second Button to save the Sig6.BIN file into the same program-install directory.
** Then click the third button which exits you out of the patch.
** Reboot the PC.
