We can't help you if you can't read. Open the "reloaded.nfo" with NotePad and there is step by step guide how to install the game.
for the "can't see main menu"problem, you MUST use V-sync (Vertical Sync) from your video card settings... other than that, you won't see the menu...
for the slow game play, update/reinstall your video/sound card drivers or check DxDiag to see if there's no troubles with Dx...check that your computer is spyware/virus free, turn off your antivirus before running the game and make sure your system meets the requirements for the game...
Laptops in general are no gaming platform as they often includes "mobile" range video cards that are unsupported by most games... visit EA's support website and search their forums... you'll find all the required information there... other than that, google is your friend ;)
