If you don't have duel layer burner, open the .iso file with winrar, and extract the files into a new folder, then install the game, be sure to use the crack before running the game, and also uncheck the part during the install about "the sims download manager".
another reason I use the method of extracting the files from .iso files is that i can then save to a use drive and install from it to any one of my computers.
