step 1.
first you gotta download this torrent file. For that, you will have to go to any of the
tracker websites at the top of this page. You see that 6 links at the top?
mininova, snarf-it, etc etc..?
go to any one. You will see a link with "download this torrent". Click on it to save the torrent file to your PC.

NOw download a bittorrent client. I recommend utorrent.

Now open the torrent file in utorrent(or any other client). It will ask where to save
the files and which files to download etc. You can select the files u want to
download. And it will start the download
Now torrent traffic starts slow, but it will become fast in time
