downloaded & deleted... I don't trust .reg files.. especially when it's all in hex and i can't decode :)

it shouldn't be decoded eventually, it's changing the pirated lincese key from windows xp into a genuine key. if it's fake it shouldn't work and if i having a virus you should be announced by your antivirus. i'm using superantispyware pro and i'm very good protected.

download it, press left click, then press yes and ok. then verify on http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/default.aspx?displaylang=ro and press where it writes Validate Windows. it's good for the pirated windows, it makes windows genuine chaging the license key.
