Don't worry about the fact that they're not .rar files. Double-click on the first one, "rzr-fcr2.001". A window will pop up asking which program you want to open the file with. Browse from among the programs installed on your PC and select WinRAR. You'll find WinRAR opens it just fine. Then proceed to extract the iso like you normally would. It worked for me.
I know. It's weird that the file reads as an unknown application when, in fact, WinRAR does read it. But hey! I've seen weirder!
