Put YASU in Daemon Tools directory (I use version 1.4.7) and launch it, then click on "Cloak".
That's it the game should work just fine.
as bobotns said, just cloak it, but still you find problem then go to daemon tools options and enable top 3 options in emulation only and then cloak, i got it asking for cd after cloaking but alternating enabling daemon tools options randomly helped me to get the game running. This should help you too. If still have problem then post here i will try to solve it.

I tested it of course and it runs great, its in .rar format, so just unzip it to the game folder to replace the other.
