Dutch is included in this torrent (German, French, English too I guess). Replacing the 'ereg.ini' after installing (in the install dir/Program) allowed me to upgrade without chance of blocking serial. Edited the 'ereg.ini' to something like (UI_Lan=DUT should be conserved with the current language setting):
