what do i do?
First you get a (free) program called µTorrent with which you can download torrents posted at the above sites: mininova or thepiratebay... Follow the link and click where it says "download this torrent". Also look for sites with more seeders.
That's basically it, it's easy once you get the hang of it.
you can do things to tweak it and make it generally faster
but its all about the seeders & leechers that give you speed

leechers=no good
