This game is simply awesome, and comparing to 'NWN 2' or 'Gothic 3' it's also quite cheap... Don't download, BUY IT :) It's worth your money!
Can anyone help me ? I installed the DTPA a few times by new , by the last 2 times it launched , but it gave me the problem of "E-mail" and then it cant connect to the internet . I installed The Witcher with a DTP basic or standard or smt. anyway i installed it , i tried to launch and after that i get the text to put in the correct dvd. Anyway to bypass this ? Or a Link where u can download the correct and fully functional DTPA ? Or Maybe anyone can tell me how to bypass the "E-mail" thing : )

1) Uninstall other daemon tools
2) Unrar the archive, then install "DTPro4100218Advanced.exe" and when it asks license use file "dtproAdv-key-L33VaN"
3) Go to the "\Patch" dir and copy the "Patch.exe" in your daemon tools pro directory.
4) Run "Patch.exe"
5) Now launch DTPro and add an "IDE Virtual Drive"
6) Mount the MDS file "ptn-twit.mds" and install the game.
7) Launch the game !
At this time, there is patch 1.1a for Witcher that could help several issues...

I suppose it has something to do with the virus I have, I'm sure you've heard of it, it's called Windows XP.
I'll just probably buy the original it's quite cheap and Christmas are near.
I would not recommend Deamon Tools PRO to anyone. There are versions getting around with a mandatory spyware install associated with it. Just DONT use it, unless you're a fool.
I really don't know why this has been tagged as Fake and Virus so many times... It must just be all the noobs that couldn't get it to work. lulz if you've deleted it.
