This are RAR files. After you download then you have to extract to one folder. Probably this is an image, so you have to use a software like Alcohol or Power ISO, i´m just guessing here, since i don´t have the hole file, i´m still downloading.
Whit one of these software you will going to create a virtual drive in your PC, and that´s it, you run the game from there.

Any ideas???
1. Download it.
2. Get a program like 7zip, something that extracts files.
3. Go to the Dead space file.
4. Right click on the rld-desp.rar file down at the bottom and then go to 7-zip and click on extract here.
5. Get a iso mounting program like daemon tools.
6. When its done, you should have a iso image, open daemon tools, and mount the iso image.
7. Install it. And the key is XLKT-QG7G-QGN6-D29X-CDW3.
8. When its done, go to my computer right click on the image and go to open.
9. Go to the Crack file and copy the Dead Space.exe
10. Then go to C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsDead Space and right click and paste it.
11. Then open the game and enjoy!
i m asking this coz i downloaded burnout paradise first with lesser memory but it had only engine sound & the songs were not pla **** , even the tutorial videos were not there but then i downloaded full version & things were back
