more than 1/10 torrents have viruses integrated into the setup exe. they do work but just steal your passwords so ALWAYS use a good anti virus like Norton when downloading especially if you buy stuff online etc.

Also No Activation required for this torrent. Just download mount/burn then install use one of the serials and it then should provide witha green tick. Then click next/finish and away you go. I think, Photoshop sends the user entered serial number and other information online, and checks to see if its a purchased serial number or not! so may be the users who are connected to internet while installing or using, haiving problems.
or may be because those users use automatic updates!

**** o , It's more than a month now that I'm trying to install Photoshop CS3 EXTENDED . I' ve done it several times but I'm affraid that the version that i finally install is the simple one and not the Extended. All you that you are certain that you have instaled the EXTENDED how are you sure about? On the beginning loading screen does it say EXTENDED or just Photoshop CS3? When you enter "About Photoshop" what it says? Is anywhere mentioning that it is the EXTENDED version? On the menus you have somewhere lines about 3D? Thank you !!!
I think, i found a solution to problem, that me and some of you face after installing!
there is a file that loades with the photoshop when u run it! =
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Macrovision Shared\FLEXnet Publisher\FNPLicensingService.exe"
deleting or renaming will not work, but after u run photoshop just kill the process with that name, using the TaskManager! and u have to do it a bit quickly!

DarkShadow21983 - No need to burn to disk mate, you can mount it using magic iso, all you need to do then is run the programme then mate and install and go :)
Also i don't see why it shouldnt work on vista.

Another solution could be, uninstall Photoshop CS3 Extended, remove all the registry entries in your registry. Reinstall and then try the serial again. Who Knows.

Everything works swimmingly. I mounted it with MagicIso, installed it(make sure no programs are running, however the program should warn you about this) after that was completed, I restarted, as that was the recommended action. Opened up my Adobe Photoshop CS3 from the start menu, I was prompted with the serial number message, I entered the one Gaza suggested (1330-1372-9699-0991-7825-8608) and got the green check mark. Oh joy!

Gaza, I haven't tried installing this yet, but will note to disable internet before I do. I do have a quick question about other CS3 programs. I've heard that there are issues if you try to install more then one. I'm looking to install Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Flash. Any issues?
i installed everything after i disabled my internet and had no problems. i typed in the serial number and everything was fine, it skipped activation (it said nothing about having a 30 day trial)...but it's not going to come after me in 30 days is it?

running windows xp. Have had to uninstall it as it was constantly asking me to activate it. otherwise the 30 day trial was working fine. If i attempt to install it again it does not even setup, for me to even try to use the serial numbers above which is confusing because how do they by-pass the activation code. which it asks for. ok it does give you an activation number but then asks for another code which you are supposed to either get by phone or through internet. To activate it for long term.
luckwld - I don't think you should get any problems mate, but just incase your stuck on the spot and not sure what to do then, create a system restore so you no its backed up ready. Then start installing the other programmes, but to be honest i don't see how it could affect this.

It installs and works great no doubt. But it is also infected with a trojan called proxy.ufm.
Those of you who could not detect the torjan, it could be beacuse your antivirus does not support real time protection or maybe the definitions were old.
After installation a virus scan will not reveal the virus, becuase it becomes system resident. In short, if you have used this torrent, your computer is infected, but ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS3 will work!
Now tell me how to get rid of the activations. This serial number (1330-1372-9699-0991-7825-8608) will not stop the activation, it's been used too many times. HOW DO WE FIX THIS.

no activation required, it just asked for registration which you can disregard forever.
I think people are getting a bit muddled, after you put the serial in you will get a green tick that means its all good. And after that it comes up about registration. Just click remind me later. There shouldnt be anything about Activation. If anyone can please post a print screen image of it. Use image shack or something or send me via email.

ok, i'm very new to this whole thing, and i haven't got a clue what to do.
I got utorrent, downloaded magicISO, and got this. When i mount magicISO and try to run this it installes up to 74% and then stops. I tried to run the setup in the adobe folder but it does nothing, then i tried to run another thingy that looked like the set up, but it tels me to run the set up instead. Is there something I'm meant to be doing or have i done something wrong? please help

those who found a virus must have a trigger-happy antivirus like avg cos it flags keygens as trojans.... u guys should change ur antivirus for something like avast.....

The reason people could be having serial problems may be due to having other photoshops installed previously. If you find a way to totally remove CS3 and all the reg files i will look into how to delete every single one because reg crawler doesnt seem to do it.

I ran into most problems described above, but alas, all is well now. If you use the s/n that comes with the file you will need activation so don't use it.. use one of the s/n on this forum instead. If you use the bad s/n adobe stores it (even after uninstall!) and it will tell you that the "product lisence has expired." Go to http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb402003 for the reason behind this. Anyway, all I had to do was turn my comp's clock back a year and it allowed me to enter a different s/n. I also killed process FNSregistrationservice.exe in task manager before clicking continue (i don't know if that makes a difference). It worked from there.

Had the same problem, no serialnumber worked. Downloaded the CS3 Activation Pack. Replaced the programfile and the .DLL file from this pack with the originals and it solved the problem. Make sure to run a virus scan when you are finished.
I can say there isn't a virus in this because i have scanned using 4 different Anti-Viruses. Also some Anti Virus programmes can detect some files as viruses when there not like norton for example that programme has had its bad times. Also for those still having problems with this gimme a email and will get back to you ASAP. I used MagicISO and mounted the .uif file.
Installed normally and when prompted for serial used: 1330-1372-9699-0991-7825-8608
The serial in the torrent is useless.
Everything works perfectly. No virus. No anything.

It installs and works great no doubt. But it is also infected with a trojan called proxy.ufm.
Those of you who could not detect the torjan, it could be beacuse your antivirus does not support real time protection or maybe the definitions were old.
After installation a virus scan will not reveal the virus, becuase it becomes system resident. In short, if you have used this torrent, your computer is infected, but ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS3 will work!

I got utorrent, downloaded magicISO, and got this. When i mount magicISO and try to run this it installes up to 74% and then stops. I tried to run the setup in the adobe folder but it does nothing, then i tried to run another thingy that looked like the set up, but it tels me to run the set up instead. Is there something I'm meant to be doing or have i done something wrong? please help
1.) download the torrent here (486 Mb Adobe_Photoshop_CS3_Extended_Final.uif)
2.) use magic power ISO
3.) Use the serial that gaza gave (1330-1372-9699-0991-7825-8608 ) <it totally work 100%>

I got the same problem, can someone help me/us?
1- i create a folder, i named it "CS3"
2- Extracted everthyng in the "Adobe CS3" folder to my folder whit MagicIso
3- Set my computer to year 2006, dont know why but it makes it work
4- run setup.exe
5- register whit this number: 1330-1298-7623-5574-3439-5100
6- reset to 2007
