Download the torrent, mount the image using PowerISO and extract all the files to a local directory. Run Setup.exe and finish installation. Then replace the illustrator.exe with the one in the crack folder.

I've read many comments saying that the crack does not work, but it does.

Here's how you do it.

1. Extract the daa. file to a folder on your desktop, and install it from there.
2. When the installation finishes, close the window. Then go in the folder where you extracted the daa. file and open the Crack folder.
3. Copy,the Ai icon, and go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS3\Support Files\Contents. You will see a folder titled "Windows"
4. Right-click your mouse on the folder and click paste. A window will come up that says "Do you want to replace Adobe Illustrator.exe with this one?" Click Yes
5. Close the window, and Ta-Da! It opens!

Is this updatable (version 13.1)?

whenever i start the installation it says please insert the adobe illustrator cd

whenever i click on setup, a small adobe window comes up with a status bar and then closes and nothing happens.

I got this and extracted it to my desk top and during the instalation it brought up a window instructing me to insert the disk. I tried mounting the .daa file with poweriso and had the same outcome and it did it when i converted the .daa to an iso. Has anyone had this problem or know of a way to work around it?

what about when it is installing it give you an Explorer error! Says to close explorer but i dont have it open? For the and photoshop cs2 with my vista...arggh..?

try buring the image to a dvd

now im getting the same problem, please insert the disc, did all that was suggested above same message??

I also have the "please insert disk"-problem. When clicking "OK" or holding down the Enter-key the installation progresses, but at the end of the line it sounds like it's going to chew my harddrive to pieces (must've been about 1000 clicks by holding enter). Finally I got tired of it...

I had the 'Please insert disk' error too. Here's what worked for me:

Install and open PowerISO
Select 'Continue unregistered'
Select 'Open' and open the .daa
Highlight 'ADBEILSTCS3' at the top of the left column
Select 'Extract' and extract to a temp folder

One of the comments on Demonoid states you HAVE to close PowerISO before starting the installation. Not sure about that one, but I did it anyway.

Run the setup.exe file from the temp folder
Uninstall the shared components
Run setup.exe again (either wait for a while or kill the msiexec.exe process if it's still running)
Install Adobe Illustrator

Apply crack, yada. You can figure this one out.

Ok! I have it installed and working now.. but the installation was pretty long. I have to mount the .daa file from the torrent and then to copy all the files from it to a temp directory. After that I switched off PowerISO I started the Setup.exe from the temp directory. The installation took me about a half an hour. After that I copied the crack and pasted it to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS3\Support Files\Contents\Windows

my only problem was that they don´t give the instrucction of where to put the crack..
but then i rode the post and it´s all good!

For anyone having problems installing Illustrator cs3 with vista, this is what you may have to do:
1. go start>accessories>command prompt>right-click 'run as administrator'
2. type cd \windows\system32
3. type regsvr32 jscript.dll
you should get something saying jscript.dll succeeded.
Now install setup.exe, should work.

Only one thing: what do you mean by uninstall the shared components

Everything is working fine for me... except, when I go to save a file, it crashes :( Following the instructions, it installs fine, and everything seems to work great... just wont save... anyone have any ideas?

if it says to close explorer it doesnt mean the internet it means the explorer browser
so do ctrl+shift+esc to open the task mng and go to processes click show processes from all useres then select explorer.exe and click delete then enter (note your browser meaning desktop screen and windows bar will be gone) then you can run illustrator install then either restart your computer or hit ctrl+shift+esc go to applications then new task and type explorer.exe then hit ok
tada your finished

To those who keep asking for serials and keygens you don't need any for the CS3 suite.

Step by Step (detailed)
1. Extract files from ADOBE.ILLUSTRATOR.CS3(with CRACK).daa using PowerISO to your Hard Drive (I put it in my "Large Program" partition)
2. When I tried installing using setup.exe I got the message "insert disk yada yada". To resolve this I ran setup.exe and clicked Uninstall Illustrator, and removed the shared components. Then I proceeded to install normally using setup.exe.
3. Before running the program I then went into the CRACK folder and copied the file Illustrator.exe (using ctrl+c).
4. I then took a crap.
5. Next I went to the Adobe Illustrator CS3 folder, which for me I directed to my partition, (I guess the default place would be c:/program files/adobe/Adobe Illustrator CS3) then clicked on Support Files/Contents/Windows
6.In the Windows folder I pasted (using ctrl+v) the crack (Illustrator.exe) and when prompted to replace the existing file I clicked yes.

I need a serial number too, i can't get passed the screen which asks for the serial number, it says ive already used my 30 days free trial even though I only downloaded it a week ago

LoL, I get tckled at the "need a serial" comments always posted with these cracks. You don't need a serial just follow allthe directions and it will work perfectly. after you install and before you run the program copy and paste the cracked file into the appropriate directory replacing the original and then you can run the program.

I had the same problem with the "insert adobe illustrator cs3" disc during installation. when i read mirielles description of the fix, i was skeptical because I had already tried it. the first time i extracted to a folder many layers deep in the file tree.. ie d:\downloads\illustrator cs3 crack\illustrator install\ and it did not work. i had the same problem. however, i tried it again and extracted to a root folder such as d:\temp and when i ran the install it worked. moral of this story is to try to extract to a root folder!
