things to help you get better results in photoshop =
download some brushes, patterns, shapes etc, these can easily be found free arround the net, a good place to start would be deviant art, under the resources section.
learn from tutorials!, like 80% of all tutorials ive stumbled across explain everything, how they changed theyre brushes, filters etc, a great way to learn, and u can change it depending on your project, unlike this...
