You can use this torrent to seed.
You have to delete "the ice cave" and your bittorrent-client will update the pokemon-files for you. just download it to the same location as you did with the old torrent.
For some more eperienced users:
I updated the torrent with a new "the ice cave" episode, witch now has subtitles and has better quality, compared to the old file the quality is twice as good. it now has the same quality as the rest of the files. Please do your part of the work and seed.
