Tested, works on XP & Vista.
*Just remember one thing, to "Change Profile" and create a "New Profile" before starting a new game. The next time you play, you will see "Play Game" click it and you can load a game. This is the current solution regarding a bug with the Default Profile fail to update game progress itself.
