I dont understand how to watch this video, its only .JPG files and PNG, nfo, mht, and mkv. I dont even know what those files are. Please help me on how to watch this.

Chill down man, Use VLC player to convert the video in MEPG 2 format and then try playing it on your old outdate redundant junkyard DVD player ;-)

In VLC media player, Click File -> Open File -> Browse...
Select the mkv file and check 'Stream/save' then click 'Settings...' -> check 'File'
Now click 'Browse...'
Type output file name as Converted.mpg and click 'Save'
Click 'MPEG TS', check 'Video codec', Select 'mp2v', select 'Bitrate' as '3072'
Check 'Audio codec', Select 'mp3' and now click 'OK', again click 'OK' for the previous window. And goto sleep

I have a suggestion for those who cannot play .mkv files. Just download and install K-lite Codec Pack from this site http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm
Play the files with Media Player Classic bundled in the installer files. Hope this helps :)

Hey old man, r u aware that an avi file with H264 video format wont play on your prehistoric dusty DVD player ?
Its not just the mkv, the problem is that your DVD players dont support H264 video playback, its time to move on to computers and torrents. Cut the cable bill.

u doin' a **** good job man i am really impressed the way u have handled matroska container with x264 & HE-AAC.... early i was a bit supportive of mp4 bt now i am a big fan of mkv as well. decided to use mkv for my own encodings.
